Ingredients:
12 oz. Penne Pasta
3 T. Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
4 c. Shredded Zucchini
1 c. Diced Zucchini
3/4 c. Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Fresh Basil, chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 c. Grated Parmesan
Instructions:
Prepare pasta per pkg. instructions.
Saute garlic and zucchini in oil until tender.
Warm milk in large saucepan over low/medium heat. Add cubed cream cheese. Continue warming until cream cheese melted.
Add basil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss with pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.
